Free Tutoring for Military Members - Tutor.com for U.S. Military Families
Tutor.com has teamed up with the Department of Defense to offer this opportunity to eligible members of our military. You can avail of live homework help sessions in just about any subject. Authorized personnel who are allowed to receive free tutoring include “U.S. active duty military service members, U.S. military reservists, U.S. National Guard personnel on active duty in a deployed status and DoD civilians in a deployed status, and their dependents”.

This research tool allows access to information on more than 9,000 colleges, universities, and postsecondary vocational and technical schools in the U.S. Users may search the database by location, type of institution, program and majors offered, availability of housing, and many more options. Users have the option of selecting several school profiles for side-by-side comparisons, and all search results can be sent to a valid e-mail address, printed, or exported as an Excel spreadsheet. The site and all of its information is also available in Spanish.
